Your 2020 MUD 113 Tax Bill

In the event you haven’t received your MUD 113 tax bill yet, we want to be sure you are aware of how to look up your billing information and make a payment online.

Go to the Tax Collector (Assessments of the Southwest) website at and click on the left hand box labeled MUD. On the next screen enter your name (last name, space, first name) in the top query box, then click on your account. Your tax summary will appear. On the right side above the numerical information there is a green link saying “Click Here to Make an Online Payment”. This will allow you to make your payment either by e-check or credit card. If you choose the credit card option, there is a 2.99% convenience fee. The e-check route costs an additional $2.99. Of course, you can always pay by mail at the address given on the website.

Other useful information available on the Tax Summary page of the website are historical statements and receipts under the appropriate tabs.

Changes to Trash Pickup Schedule Over Holidays

Just a reminder to the November Addendum Newsletter that both Christmas and New Years Days fall on a Friday. These are holidays to Waste Management so our trash will not be picked up those days. Rather, trash will be collected on the next day Saturdays, December 26 and January 2, respectively.
