Welcome to MUD 113

Montgomery County Municipal Utility District No. 113 (MUD 113) is a political subdivision of the State of Texas, operating pursuant to Article XVI, Section 59 of the Texas Constitution and Chapter 8212 of the Texas Special District Local Laws Code.

The District has the authority to purchase, construct, operate and maintain all works, improvements, facilities and plants necessary for:

  • the collection, transportation and treatment of wastewater
  • the control and diversion of storm water
  • maintaining road improvements
  • garbage collection and disposal service
  • park and recreational facilities

Appointment of New Director for Precinct 4

The Board of Directors of Montgomery County MUD No. 113 will consider appointment of a replacement director of the Board for Precinct 4 at the December 20, 2021, Board meeting.  If you are interested in being considered for the appointment, please send Amy Love your resume (or bio), a copy of your current voter registration card (to confirm qualification to serve on the board), and a brief statement of why you would like to serve on the Board at amy@mullerlawgroup.com or via USPS at 202 Century Square Blvd., Sugar Land, Texas 77478 by noon on December 17, 2021.
