MUD 113 generally meets at 9:00 a.m. on the third Monday of the month, at The Palm, 251 Central Pine Street, Montgomery, Texas 77316. Meetings are open to the public. The board of directors of a water district are required to designate one or more places inside or outside the district for conducting their regular board meetings. The meeting must be open to the public to attend. If this is not done, and least 50 qualified voters are residing in a district, a written request of at least five district voters can be submitted.
