MUD 113 generally meets at 9:00 a.m. on the third Monday of the month, at The Palm, 251 Central Pine Street, Montgomery, Texas 77316. Meetings are open to the public. The board of directors of a water district are required to designate one or more places inside or outside the district for conducting their regular board meetings.
