Each month you receive a wastewater bill from Municipal Operations & Consulting, Inc. The bill covers the following expenses:

  • Wastewater & Garbage Collection – based on the Rate Order adopted by MUD 113’s Board.

Pay Your Sewer & Trash Bill

1. Online.

2. By phone.

  • Call our automated system at 346-439-7222 to make a payment using your 6-digit account number.
  • Payment methods accepted: Credit cards (3% processing fee) and e-checks ($1.00 fee).

3. In person.

  • Visit one of our four locations to drop off a payment.
  • Payment methods accepted: Check, cashier’s check, or money order. (Cash is only accepted at our Cypress location; credit cards are not accepted at any of our in-person locations).

4. With a bill pay account.

  • You can set up and manage payments through your banking account (ACH) or credit card.

5. By mail.

  • Mail your payment to: 20141 Schiel Rd. Cypress, TX 77433. Please make sure to include your account number and the name on your account.
  • Payment methods accepted: Check, cashier’s check, or money order.

Garbage Collection Service Guidelines

Collection Day: Friday

Please be sure your waste cart is placed by the curb by 7:00 AM on collection day.

Waste Management furnishes each homeowner a 96-gallon poly cart, with a GREEN lid, for the collection of household garbage, grass clippings, leaves, branches and tree trimmings. Collection shall be limited to the waste cart plus three (3) additional Bags, Bundles or Containers and shall be placed at the curb.

Important! For the safety and protection of our employees and equipment, we require that branches and tree trimmings be no greater than three inches (3″) in diameter and be cut, tied and bundled in four-foot (4′) lengths weighing no more than forty to fifty pounds (40-50 lbs.).

Containers over 45 gallons must have all trash bagged.

Due to safety concerns Waste Management, will not service anything over 65 gallons.

Bulk Trash Collection

Two (2) items on Friday of each week.

Acceptable items include moving boxes (please break them down and bundle them), old furniture, and appliances.

Please note! WM can no longer dispose of CFC refrigerant containing items (i.e., refrigerators, freezers, etc.) without certification that the Freon has been properly removed and recycled, pursuant to current Federal law.

Unacceptable Items

  • Gasoline & Oil (cans/filters)
  • Vehicle Tires
  • Large Pieces of Metal Electronic Waste (i.e. Televisions/Computer monitors)
  • Construction Debris (i.e. paint & carpet)

  • Thanksgiving Day
  • Christmas Day

Recycling Collection Service Guidelines

Collection Day: Friday

Please be sure your recycle container is placed at the curb by 7:00 AM on collection day.

Waste Management furnishes each homeowner a 96-gallon poly cart, with a YELLOW lid, for recycle items.

Rinse all containers thoroughly to keep recycle container clean.
